Digital Platform for Post-Disaster Management

Despite huge advances in disaster mitigation and preparedness measures for pre-disaster management , as well as response and relief measures to manage disasters as they unfold , post disaster management through  rehabilitation (short term) and reconstruction  (long term) are lagging behind.  An interactive platform shall link disaster survivors with the requisite individuals, communities and organisations that are needed to help them reconstruct their fractured lives.
